Hello everyone! Here’s my update for this year. Sorry for the sporadic updating but I am so lazy.
I’ve been playing on a server called Architektus, which is pretty much TowerCraft reborn. It’s a freebuild server, same as towercraft, which means that all the builds I show you would not be considered legit by many players.
This is a Magi Tower that I built on Architektus. I actually got my inspiration to build this after playing Oblivion. Video games often have wonderful architecture and buildings in them, and thus a great source of ideas. I like to use a lot of contrasting colors to make the shape more defined, and have areas of focus.

CiC City is going to be an expansive build spread all over the place on the free build server which I currently play. It is going to be split into different sections with its own unique name and style. The library in the last post is in the section called Central, since its the section I started on and I want it to be somewhat the center of the city.
Here is another shot of the exterior. I put some ponds to make up a little courtyard cause I thought just have a road leading up to it would be a little bland. Let’s head on inside.

Hello everyone! Before I head off to dreamland I want to update you guys on what I’ve been up to in Minecraft. I’m still playing on the same freebuild server, Towercraft, and I’ve been inspired by oldshoes to start something like broville, which is one of the most amazing things I have ever seen. Mine will of course be much smaller in scale and not as epic since I have the attention span of a flea.

I was just running around on the freebuild server I play on, when one of the guys there invited me to build a house in his city. I think there’s a certain challenge to building houses when you have plot with a a set size to build on. Everyone has a vision of what they want to build but sometimes when you’re limited by size, you’re forced to improvise. I scrapped what I wanted to build and let my mind go blank a bit and cranked this out in a short 20 minutes. Read on to see more pictures of the house.

Now that I’ve fought tooth and nail from my grave, and fended off waves of angry villagers who thought I was a zombie, I bring to you another minecraft post!
I’ve built most of this ages ago on the freebuild server I told you guys about. The guys on there have built some truly epic stuff. If you guys ever want to check out the place let me know and I can send you details.
This is the first addition to what would eventually become a whole city. I’m not really sure what I intended it to be. If I had to guess I’d say it was some type of gathering hall, where fellow minecrafters came together and shared stories of epic creeper slaying. More pictures after the jump.
